Are you interested in the interaction between psychological and physical health?
Do you want to gain research experience for graduate school or a career in Psychology, Medicine, or Biobehavioral Health?
Consider applying to work in the Stress and Health Lab!
We are often looking for motivated, mature, and reliable Penn State undergraduate students to help us with our research on stress and health. Extensive training is provided! Criteria for Research Assistants

  • Must have taken at least one college-level statistics and/or research methods course
  • Must be organized, and comfortable with computers
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Must be available at least 6 hours a week
  • Must be hard working, enthusiastic, and professional
  • Background in Biobehavioral Health, Psychology, or a health-related field is preferred, but not necessary
  • Previous research experience or related coursework preferred, but not necessary
