After reviewing the communication article “10 communication secrets” this article expanded my horizons on how to enable engaging dialogue. The tips touched on methods of attracting an audience by communicating at a personal level in single context that reaches individuals rather than groups. In addition, appealing to objective views that communicate analytics, stories and facts to enable clear concise data that can be trusted.
