Postions are available for work-study students who wish to work in our research laboratory. We have work-study positions for the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters.
Work-study students in our lab typically work 5-10 hours a week on a flexible schedule. Duties include cleaning glassware, preparing stock solutions and culture media, and assembling electrophoresis gels. Additional research opportunities may be available to highly motivated individuals.
You must qualify for work-study to apply, i.e. you need to have been awarded work-study by the Office of Student Aid. Freshman Chemistry or the equivalent is highly desirable.
