This is my finished 3D printed object. I wanted to keep it as organic looking as possible and chose the clear filament out of desire to make it realistic (we didn’t have red). This is probably my favorite project!

This is the final product of my fabricated sliced shoe which was cut with the Full Spectrum Laser. Although not exactly like the actual shoe, I think its abstract look is a good one. The material used is called foam core. 

Here is the finished product pasted on my 2-pocket folder for this class! Love it! 

For the Personal Logo project, I wanted to draw inspiration from my life. I knew that I wanted to represent who I am within the project. As an Early Childhood Education major, I thought an apple would be an appropriate representation of that. My concept was clear but I definitely struggled when working with my letters, both rigid and straight. I decided to utilize a parentheses in order to form that round shape. I’m really happy with the fonts I chose because I think the T forms a really nice “stem-like” piece at the top. There is room for improvement within this piece but overall the finished project is good.
