International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples is on August 9th each year. Here is a video from the UN honoring indigenous peoples around the world.

 

Here is a video from pop sensation “Maimoa”, a Māori group. Māori people are indigenous to New Zealand. The youtube description includes an English translation of the lyrics, which are about the “wairua” (spirit/soul) and letting it be free.
