Region resources are organized using the United Nations groupings, which are not intended to be the final word on how the world is organized. Rather, their scheme provides a useful and recognizable way to segment regions of the globe.
Theme
Many of the themes or topics presented here are based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Other themes will be featured as well, and any theme that is crucial for a country or region will be tagged, as will different types of resources.
Type
Resources are organized by medium. The most common are video, podcasts, music, books (fiction and nonfiction), visual art, and websites that are focused on one topic or are compilations of information.
Among the main sources of compiled resources are the many United Nations pages, not only for the Sustainable Development Goals, but also for UN Days, and other UN initiatives.
Climate and Climate Action
Climate change or challenge or crisis is one of the areas in which much attention is being directed.
Video
Videos listed include suggested theatrical films (fiction and documentary) and videos posted on sites such as YouTube or on news sites.
