The TLT Faculty Learning Community for Innovative Instructional Technologies in the Classroom was born in the late spring of 2018 after FLC Leader Dawn Pfeifer Reitz met with Mary Ann Mengel to discuss some ideas to respond to a call for proposals from the Center for Teaching and Learning with Technology.

Dawn wanted to find a way to collaborate with colleagues across divisions at Berks Campus, while learning some new ways to use tech in the classroom.

After some brainstorming of ideas, Mary Ann suggested a ‘book club’ format and BOOM the Innovative Instructional Technologies in the Classroom Faculty Learning Community was formed! Read the FLC Proposal.
