Tech Academy is housed in Canvas, PSU’s Learning Management System. It can be presented to students as a stand-alone “mini-course” or its content can be imported to an existing Canvas Course. Each location can customize the best way to present the content to students. However, for Tech Academy to be successful, the entire mini-course must be utilized. It is not designed for “a la carte” implementation.
The Tech Academy Working Group would be happy to meet and discuss ways that you can utilize Tech Academy at your campus. We will also be happy to schedule “onboarding” sessions for your campus to introduce Tech Academy’s content, along with strategies we’ve learned for successful implementation.
The content of Tech Academy is constantly changing, based on technology updates and user feedback, so to gain access to the most up to date version, you can either fill out our Tech Academy Adoption Form, or email the Working Group directly at L-techacademy@lists.psu.edu.
