Subject: [ALERTS] Update: Voice Services System Update

The voice service update that was planned for August 6th, and 7th was postponed and has been rescheduled for August 7th beginning at 11:00PM through August 8th 3:00AM. During this time period, users will experience delays with both inbound and outbound phone calls. 

Service may be affected starting on August 7, 2013 at 11:00PM. The estimated time of resolution is August 8, 2013 at 3:00AM.
