According to Mayo Clinic, common signs of dehydration include:
- Dry, sticky mouth
- Sleepiness or tiredness
- Thirst
- Decreased urine output
- Few or no tears when crying
- Dry skin
- Headache
- Constipation
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Dark yellow or amber-colored urine
