I was here hungry thinking about the offers from the Burger King Menu but after I stopped to browse your blog recipes I changed totally of idea. I did have a question. You talked about ripe or green jackfruit and that we want to use the green jackfruit. But then you went with the canned version. How do I cut up a jackfruit to get it ready for baking? Most of the videos (and the way I’ve done it in the past) have you taking the fruit seed pods out and pretty much discarding the rest. However, it looks like you are using everything but the skin. (Core, seeds, seedpods and the stringy meat part)
