- High school students only (rising 9th–12th graders)
- Program registration is $25, and students will receive two nights of lodging and all meals provided during the on-campus portion of the camp
- Hands-on activities and field trips focused on rail transportation engineering
- Tours of regional railroad locations of interest
- College preparation and introduction to the college admission process
- Students are responsible for all travel costs to Penn State Altoona from their home location
