Q- What do you believe you do best? Why do you believe as you do? What are your key strengths, and what leads you to believe that they are strengths?
I think I am good at appreciating differences in behavioral styles and adapting to others’ styles in order to have an effective working relationship. I wasn’t always cognizant of this, but after working in the Training and Development Department for several years, I became much more in tune to others styles and preferences for learning. This awareness turned into appreciation- especially where they’re strengths were my weaknesses. Then that appreciation turned into value. I’ve found that I’m much more of a chameleon today at work- constantly adapting to others’ styles in order to work well with them. This is something that others have provided me feedback on as well.
