The most important thing that I have learned in this course is the difference between OD and training and development. My background is in Training, and I assumed that they were one in the same. This course laid the foundation for understanding some of the key differences between the two. I’m comforted wit my choice in pursuing this program, because the complexities of this field really align to my interests and my strengths. I’ve already found topics from this course that I am able to relate to my current role.
