Our 2023 Tuba Christmas Erie celebration will be held on Saturday, December 9 at 1:00 p.m. This year’s rehearsal and performance will take place in the Reed Union Building’s McGarvey Commons on the Behrend campus.
Our 21st annual Tuba Christmas Erie celebration will take place on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Penn State Behrend.
A public concert will be performed in the McGarvey Commons, located in the Reed Union Building, at 1:00 p.m. Admission is free.
Tuba, sousaphone, baritone, and euphonium players of all ages are welcome to participate. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the Reed Wintergarden atrium. Rehearsal will take place from 9:30-11:30. Following lunch, the Flagship Steel Band will perform pre-concert music in the Wintergarden. Please refer to the repertoire playlist for this year’s concert for advance preparation.
Festive clothing and instrument decorations are strongly encouraged!
