Uzun Lab for Computational Systems Biology
The mission of the Uzun Lab is to develop a comprehensive understanding of eukaryotic gene regulation and how it is related with development and various complex diseases, including cancer. In this way, we aim to build a knowledge base for presenting new therapeutic opportunities for clinical studies. To achieve this goal, we utilize single-cell genomic sequencing data, by applying computational methods with a systems biology approach.
