ENFP
In order to better understand my personality and maximize myself as an employee and a person, I took the Jung Typography Test and the Donald Super Work Values inventory. On the Jung Typography Test I got the personality type ENFP. Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Perceiving. This was consistent with the information I already knew about myself. I am an outgoing and friendly person who essentially gets along with everybody. I make it my mission to light up everybody’s day and bring a positive feeling to the workplace, my home life, and the lives of all of my friends. I can be extremely creative and unlike the normal ENFP personality type, I follow through on all of my creative ideas. This is a skill that has taken me some time to work on, however, I have added it to my personality and it has paid off in all aspects of my life.
Work Values Inventory
At work I value Intellectual Stimulation, Independence, Supervisory Relationships, Achievement, and Way of life the most. I thrive in situations where I have to use my brain. I hate monotony and I am rarely idol I am almost always searching for a new task or challenge. I love having independence, but I understand that it isn’t always possible, for that, it is a must that I have a good relationship with my supervisor. I just expect to be treated with respect and I will endlessly show respect back. The feeling of achievement is a high for me and I am constantly striving to achieve the highest levels in everything I do. All of these work into my number one work value, way of life. I value my way of life the most. When it is impeded on, it becomes hard for me to overcome obstacles and I feel beat down. When I am being properly stimulated, when I gain the respect of my supervisor and gain a little independence, I will almost certainly achieve any goal and overcome any obstacle that is put in from of me.
