STUDENTS: Mya Jeffries
DESCRIPTION: My poster shows my case study that I have been working on, and will continue to work on through the rest of April for English 202. My major is Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Child Maltreatment. I wanted my study to relate to what I have been learning about through my academic career at Penn State so I decided to study how mental illness may effect an adolescent’s behavior and schooling. This was a case study for one middle school where counselors were interviewed to get their professional opinion on this matter, while giving their personal experience with students they have worked with.
