It is my great pleasure to announce the Cynthia Roebuck was elected by the members to serve as the secretary for the Spring 2015 term. Please join me in congratulating Cynthia.
I would also like to encourage the runner-ups to consider staying active as there will be another set of elections this summer for all officer positions.
Hi Cynthia and all,
I am thrilled to have you as our secretary!!! I have enjoyed your participation and comments in the classes we have had together.
I am looking forward to “see” you around!! I don’t do much Facebook or social media, it’s terrible for my life! LOL but I will be checking the blog often, specially now that I know you are involved. Congratulations!!
Paulina
It is an honor to serve, and I thank everyone for putting their trust in me. I look forward to working with the Officers, Members, and Advisors in continuing to provide a space for PSU WC Psychology students to engage with each other to better enhance their educational experience.
I know many of us engage daily on our FB Club page, but I would like to extend an offer to anyone wanting to write a blog post that I would be happy to help with proofing. Another good idea is to collaborate with someone and write a paragraph or two each. Also, Of course, Brian, is there for advising, as well as all of our Officers.
You know, our club is very important and really quite innovative in that it is filling the gap that critics of online learning have about the lack of socialization. We (WCPC) are also directly in line with President’s Barron’s six point agenda that he listed when he took office last year. He asked … “how can we better promote student engagement?” This is one way it can be accomplished — PSU WC Psychology Club!
Thank you so much for this opportunity!
Cyn
