Penn State Es Familia

Penn State admissions counselors are very active travelers during the fall semester. While we have many counselors traveling all over the world, like JoAnn’s recent trip to Latin America, we also have counselors going all over Pennsylvania to reach students in their local communities.

Last week, we hosted three Penn State Es Familia events, which are especially geared to Latino families in Pennsylvania. We shared detailed information about going to college, the importance of higher education, and how to navigate the application process at a big university like Penn State.

This year’s events took place in Allentown, Bethlehem, and Reading. Penn State admissions counselors from Lehigh Valley and Berks talked in more detail about the Penn State options for students who want to get a Penn State education closer to their home.
