International Students show their Nittany Lion Pride

Our latest post comes to you from Rachel Guldin, our newest admissions counselor at University Park. Welcome, Rachel!

With a flash and a smile, Penn State once again shows its pride as an international university.

An undergraduate photojournalism class at University Park recently documented the cultural richness here at Penn State by taking photos of international students posing with their nation’s flag at the Nittany Lion Shrine. Some students donned traditional attire to represent their country while showing their Penn State pride.

There are many reasons to study internationally at Penn State. The University offers 20 majors for associate degrees and over 160 majors for baccalaureate degrees, along with over 1,200 organizations and clubs University-wide, including many for international and multicultural students. With 20 campuses located across Pennsylvania, 18 of which accept international students, we are confident that international students can find a place at PSU that is the right college experience for them.
