Was planning to use with Raspberry Pi. HVGA resolution, made by Tianma, uses SPI for configuration and DPI for pixel data. This screen actually has its own controller and GRAM. There are 2 modes provided: RGB pass-through, and RGB async. I thought pass-through should be better, however it turns out that it is very strict about timing, and I see very serious tearing effect (why?). Async mode works far better.
