This page presents and organizes information on Office 365 and its use for the virtual and physical classroom. I have been using Office 365 for five years and helping faculty integrate it into their routines and workflows throughout that time. As we look at familiar tools like Microsoft Word or Excel, we may be tempted to assume it’s just Word and that we know what it can do. However, there are so many creative ways to utilize old tools in new ways now that we have access to the Office 365 suite.
Microsoft OneDrive for Collaboration
Microsoft Word for Collaborative Drafting
Microsoft Sway for Projects & Presentations
Microsoft Forms for Data Collection
Microsoft Teams for Project Management
In this presentation, I offered up several points on the tools available in the Office 365 suite. While some of the conversation focused on technical features, the goal of using the Office 365 suite is to improve the teaching and learning process.
This slideshow is the artifact from the presentation given to faculty on how to use PowerPoint more effectively, including the design of slides and the tools to deliver slideshows.
