I’m sure ALL of us have had the thought:

Are we alone?

Or:

Does life exist outside of our earth?

Or:

If life does exist outside of earth, is there any solid evidence we can collect that proves its existence?

There are some that say the human species is absurdly rare, or that since we cannot see extraterrestrials, they must not be real, they must not exist at all.

Both of these arguments do have sound grounds of reasoning, however in order to search for the truth and the ultimate wisdom in this question, let us first define what it means to be “extraterrestrial”.

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, extraterrestrial in the form of an adjective means “originating, existing, or occurring outside the earth or its atmosphere”, or “extraterrestrial life”.

As a noun, it means “a being from another world”, or “an extraterrestrial being”.

None of these definitions say “a little green man”…

 

 

OR an “angelic being with wings and a halo”…

 

 

BUT what if these “manmade” definitions are one in the same? Technically, if an extraterrestrial is anything that lives outside of the earth, then one such being could very well be a little green man or an angelic being.

(I think it is important to note the significance of the color “green”, which is associated with aliens, and “white”, which is associated with angels.

What color does the sun appear to be in the sky?

 

 

WHITE.

What is the actual color of the sun, meaning, what wavelength does the sun peak at in its blackbody curve? (This simply means what color does the sun emit most).

 

GREEN.

 

So, what if aliens are white angels that we perceive as green? Or what if angels are little green men that we perceive as white? Just a thought.)

There have been many crazy alien sightings in which people claim to have seen, talked to, or even been blinded by an encounter with an extraterrestrial.

One of my favorite encounters that I’ve read is the story of “Delphos Ring” which was an incident that occurred in 1971.

Sixteen-year-old Ron Johnson was out feeding his farm animals in his Kansas barn one afternoon when he heard his mother ring the dinner bell to come inside for dinner.

As he made his way out, he heard a loud crack of a branch behind the barn in the trees. He walked around the side to investigate with his dog, and was suddenly blinded by a disk-shaped object floating in the sky. According to Ron, he could make out that the object seemed to touch the ground, then lifted off into the sky and disappeared.

Once Ron regained his sight, he ran to get his parents who then went to investigate what had happened. To their surprise, there was a large, glowing ring on the ground. It seemed like “the soil was crystallized by a thick, white crust”.

This case is one of the best documented cases of an extraterrestrial encounter that seems to offer visual proof of the existence of an extraterrestrial lifeform.

So maybe aliens have come to contact us. There have been many sightings of unusual objects in the sky, that relate in seemingly impossible ways.

I think it is interesting that the Delphos Ring emits light regardless the time of day, and regardless the weather that it is exposed to.

This seems to coincide with the description of heaven found in the book of Revelation 22:

“Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2 down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. 3 No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. 4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. 5 There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.”

In this passage from the Bible, heaven is described as not having the characteristics of night OR day, so what if heaven itself is made out of the same material that the Delphos Ring is made out of- a substance that never ceases its emission of light, a substance that serves the purpose of the sun?

It may be possible that the stereotypes of angels and aliens coincide, maybe they are the same being only perceived differently.

Maybe these blinding, disk shaped objects are manned with extraterrestrial life that does not require the light of the sun, but only the light of the substance from which they are individually made, oddly coinciding with God’s description of heaven, as well as ancient recordings of encounters with God.

Maybe we aren’t alone…

Maybe God is the Extraterrestrial- a being who lives outside of, transcendent of earth.
