Jessica Gerhard is currently the Senior Manager, Customer Supply Chain & Planning Analytics at the Hershey Company. In this role, Gerhard partners with Walmart & Sam’s Club to ensure on-shelf availability & drive productive retail inventory to meet consumer demand. Additionally, she works closely with the enterprise planning teams to outline Hershey’s growth strategies and ensure supply chain availability.  Prior to this role, Gerhard has worked in various areas in the Hershey supply chain, including planning, strategy, and procurement.

Gerhard holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and a master’s degree in business administration from Penn State University. She resides in central Pennsylvania with her husband, two sons, and two cats.
