Katie McElgunn has been with United States Cold Storage for 10 years in roles ranging from Intern to Logistics Analyst and Customer Experience Supervisor to her current position as Customer Experience Manager. In her role, McElgunn conducts and oversees rate analyses, customer reporting, and network optimizations.

Her wealth of experience has led to an applied confidence in professional areas such as public speaking, financial reporting, supply chain management, 3P, project management, and inventory management.

McElgunn holds a bachelor’s degree in logistics, materials and supply chain management at Penn State University.
