Kim Hadlum has been the Senior Director of Inventory Planning at Armada Supply Chain Solutions since January 2020. In her role, she is responsible for the success of large teams in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and in Planning Analysis and Capabilities.
In her role, Kim leads her teams to develop and implement strategically driven inventory solutions via technology and analytics for her well known clients in the restaurant space. Creating value and delivering efficiencies are essential for success. Kim also has a strong inventory related background in retail, stemming from her planning and buying leadership roles at American Eagle Outfitters and Kohls.
Throughout her career, Kim has successfully led efforts to design and implement planning organizations for growing business, implementing technology that supports evolving business needs, standardizing key performance indicators, and providing visibility for better decision making in chaotic supply chains – all for the benefit of her organization, her team, and her customers.
Kim’s passions include not only driving planning excellence, but also in the continued career development of Armada’s talent. Her department has a strong reputation for cultivating future leaders. Through her development programs, partnership with Penn State’s Supply Chain and Information Systems Department, and her engagement with Penn State’s Center for Supply Chain Research, Kim provides individuals with ongoing enrichment, education and mentorship. Kim values the education and support that Penn State has always provided her and she is committed to supporting others on their developmental journey.
