December, 2017, Welcome Xiuchao!

The lab welcome our new postdoctoral researcher Dr. Xiuchao Wang. Xiuchao come to us by way of the Tianjin Cancer Hospital and Tianjin Medical University in Tianjin China. Xiuchao is a surgical oncologist specialized in treatment of pancreatic cancer. His Ph. D. work focus on the regulation of the immune microenvironment in pancreatic cancer by FOXP3 transcription factor. Xiuchao will be studying  the role of mitochondrial calcium signaling in metabolic stress resistance and oxidative stress response.

Congratulations to Shengchen for the Best Postdoc Award!

Shengchen received the Bond Bradley Award for Outstanding Postdoctoral Scholar at the 15th Anual Data and Dine. Congrats, Sh!engchen! We are proud of you!
