The United States rugby team has some of the fastest players in the world and really have a great chance at winning the gold medal this year. Between Carlin Isles and Perry Baker these men are some of the fastest in the world and in the olympic rugby sevens game, speed is one of the most important trait that you can have. Throughout the years Fiji has been the most dominant team in the olympics but with all the skill and talent in the US’s team I believe that they can give the Fijians a run for their money. They are off to a great start winning their first game against Ireland but unfortunately they would lose the next three games against South Africa, Great Britain, and Canada.

Rugby is such a fun and intense thing to watch especially when your country is fighting for the Gold medal. Between all the hits and the constant scoring in rugby sevens I would recommend anyone to watch these games. It is such a fast paced game and anyone would have fun watching rugby especially sevens since the games are only fourteen minutes long. Rugby just has such a great culture to it and that is what draws in most of its audience is the fact that there is so much respect that goes along with this sport and the people who play it. Anyone no matter what size or shape can play rugby because that is just what an amazing game it is. I love it and I have enjoyed every second of playing and watching it. My dream is to play professional rugby one day over in Europe because that would mean that I am doing what I love with great people around me. If one day I do go pro I am going to look back at this and think to myself that I manifested this.
