Spring 2016 Classes

For Spring 2016 I will be teaching sections 13 and 14 of KINES 061.  Both will be in the IM Building Room 12 Tuesday and Thursday at 8am and 9:45am, respectively.  They will also have a joint lecture Mondays at 2:30.  The classes will have a heavy focus in strength training, particularly free weight strength training.  These are my favorite classes to teach, and if you have any questions about them don’t hesitate to reach out and ask.

Fall ’15 Schedule

For Fall ’15 I’ll be teaching three sections of Kines 061. I’ll be in IM Building Room 12 – the old weight room – MWF at 10:10 – 11:00am and TR 9:45 – 11:00am.  I’ll also have Physical Conditioning in Rec Hall MWF at 12:20.  If you’re curious what the classes are like, just send me an email or stop by to check them out!

Summer Semester 1

I will be teaching Kinesiology 065: Jogging, and Kinesiology 061: Fitness Theory and Practice during Summer Semester 1 this year.  Kines 065 will meet at Rec Hall MWTRF from 9:30 – 11:00am.  Kines 061 will meet at Rec Hall MWF from 11:15 – 12:30 and in 101 Walker TR from 11:15 – 12:30.
