I will be graduating with my PhD from REAL lab at The Pennsylvania State University, under the supervision of Dr. Alan R. Wagner. Before joining Penn State, I completed my undergraduate in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. I was also a part of Global UGRAD program funded by USEFP and spent a semester in University of Central Missouri during my undergraduate studies.

My research is highly inspired by neuroscience and focuses on continual concept learning in robots. In particular, I focus on robot learning from a few interactions with humans in a lifelong manner. With respect to applications, my research is applicable in different fields of robotics that require continual learning with limited labeled data via visual inputs, like domestic robots and home service robots. Overall the main purpose of my research is to develop continually learning robots that can adapt to dynamic real-world environments for the benefit of their respective users.
