Hello, My name is Andrew.
I’m a 4th-year student in the 5-year Integrated Masters of Accounting Program at Penn State with a concentration in Data Analytics. After graduating in 2021, I plan on entering the public accounting world, focusing on financial services advisory. My program is perfect for me because I’m able to combine my interest in the financial services industry with my passion for technology.
I was exposed to the financial services industry early on in high school which sparked my interest for it. However, I did not know it would be both passion and career for me until I took accounting and finance courses at Penn State. I enjoy applying the coding and data analytics skills we learn in class to my accounting and finance coursework.
Outside of the classroom, I would consider traveling and learning about different cultures to be my number one hobby. I recently spent a semester abroad in Vienna, Austria, allowing me to travel Europe and experience a variety of cultures. My studies abroad exposed me to financial markets in different countries.
