Center Stage and the Penn State Cancer Institute invite all PSCI Patients and their caregivers to a Creativity Workshop led by legendary author, playwright, commentator and cartoonist, Lynda Barry.

World-renowned cartoonist Lynda Barry will be artist in residence in the Department of Humanities from December 3rd through the 9th, 2017.
Last February, Lynda led a standing-room only workshop at the Hershey Medical Center with faculty and staff on creativity in medicine and science. Participants had the opportunity to write and draw as Lynda helped people gain access to their creative selves, and the workshop received universal praise.
This is an extraordinary opportunity to meet with one of the most creative minds in America. During this two-hour workshop, participants will be led through a series of exercises that are sure to unleash your creativity and stimulate your mind while integrating creativity into medicine and life.
This workshop is designed for all abilities, is free and open to all PSCI patients and caregivers.
