As I mentioned in previous posts, I’m looking at the manual entry of orders. I would have to say that my main expectations for the project’s outcomes and potential ROI value were:
- A process that would decrease or eliminate the potential for erroneous orders
- A process that would allow for improved use of time
These two aspects are covered within my project and I think my expectations will be met.
I think that in the future when planning a project there has to be a clear description, of problem, scope, and expected ROI before diving deep into the exercise of change. There has to be some sort of ROI in order to move forward.
