Summary:

My research about running a marathon focused on three things: diet, sleep, and training. In my infographic i plan of expressing the importance of these three things in successfully completing a marathon. I plan on expressing through the infographic the relative importance of each of these three components and what is the best way a person can use the three of these to maximize their training. My research also stressed the importance of running in groups for help and motivation, which I will stress in my infographic

This infographic is supposed to be a road leading to a finish line with different tips surrounding it. In the path on the road there will be common obstacles that people face when trying to train for a marathon and the tips should teach people how to get over them. The focal point is definitely on the finish line and everything else surrounding it are the details of how they are going to get there.
