Welcome
We appreciate you taking the time to read about the drug abuse epidemic that is currently plaguing our country. We hope that you leave our site feeling a sense of hope and determination to help put an end to this dreadful epidemic. Here, you can find a plethora of information about a drug abuse deliberation that we, Penn State University students, held on May 23rd, 2021, a deliberation in which we discussed the major issues and possible underlying causes of drug abuse in our society today. This deliberation was held by Anjali Rampersaud, Jaylynn Davis, Rachel Seiden, Alexandra Strunk, Sarah Frishman, and Neil Patel. We are all current students at Penn State University and feel a strong connection to this issue of drug abuse; each and every one of us have the desire to perform our civic duty as citizens of this country to put a halt to the issue of drug abuse in our individual communities.
