Invitation and Invite List

Our Invitation

Good evening!!

You are invited to attend a public deliberation about the drug abuse epidemic in Pennsylvania on March 23rd at 6:30PM-8:00PM on zoom!

Have you, or someone close to you, ever become addicted to drugs? How did this drug addiction affect that person? Was that person able to get proper and professional help for their addiction?

Take a second, think about that person. Do you wish that you could’ve done more to aid that individual in overcoming or preventing their addiction?

During this deliberation we will address the issues that, we believe, have a strong correlation with the development of drug addiction, including doctor’s overprescription of addictive drugs, the easy accessibility of prescription drugs, and the efficacy of treatment centers.

We will be discussing various approaches that could likely aid people struggling in the midst of this crisis. As the average age of drug addicts continues to decrease, addressing this situation is more crucial than ever.

How can you make a difference in order to help reduce the drug addiction problem that many individuals in the state of Pennsylvania are currently suffering through? What ideas can you bring to the table?

At our deliberation, we hope that you feel comfortable sharing your take on our approaches, your own approaches, and personal stories that you believe people can connect with.

Here is the zoom link for the deliberation. Please reply to this email, no later than Friday March 19th, with a simple yes or no if you are able to attend…
