Punch List (PL)

The Punch List (PL) process is used to manage and track a project’s punch list and to issue letters of Substantial Completion and Final Completion. This process is initiated by each primary Contractor, once per project or at the end of each phase of a multi-phased project. The Contractor initiates the process and submits it to the Designer who will prepare the punch list. The PSU Project Leader then issues the punch list and letter of Substantial Completion to the Contractor. Once the Contractor has addressed all punch list items, the process is advanced for verification. Once all punch list items have been verified, the PSU Project Leader issues the letter of Final Completion and closes the process.
