Critical Facility Services Request (CFS-R)

The Critical Facility Services Request (CFS-R) process is used by the Penn State Project Leader to notify the CFS team that specific critical network and communication infrastructure construction phase services are being requested on the Project and to track the progress of each service

NOTE:  This process should be used in conjunction with the CFS-A process.  A CFS-A must be done prior to a CFS-R process. A separate CFS-R process will need to be submitted for each service type being requested.
