The Daily Field Report (DFR) process is to document observed project work and activities, including labor, equipment, and materials. The process is available for use by prime Contractors who do not already have a system for collecting and submitting daily field reports. The process is required to be used by field inspection consultants hired directly by PSU. The goal of the process is to gather all the required daily reports into OPP’s e-Builder system and to provide reporting and analyses of the entered data.
