The Rolling Completion Item process is used to identify, manage, and track worklist items that occur during a project prior to Substantial Completion. Once Substantial Completion is reached, all open rolling completion items are added to the official punch list and managed through the Punch List (PL) process. A rolling completion item is initiated by anyone in a PSU, Designer, Geotechnical, Prime Contractor, Commissioning Agent, or T&I role. The process is sent to the responsible Contractor who addresses the issue. Once the item has been addressed, the Contractor returns the process to the Process Initiator for verification. If the item is sufficiently addressed, the Process Initiator closes the process.
