Talks
All talks will be 15 minutes long, with the last three minutes allocated for questions (i.e., 12 + 3 minutes). Because of the high demand for talks, we will be operating on a strict schedule. As a courtesy to your colleagues, please remain strictly within your allocated time.
Confirmed speakers should upload their slideshows via this Google Form. The preferred format is PDF, but if absolutely necessary (e.g., for animations, etc.) Keynote and Powerpoint are acceptable. Your presentation must be uploaded at least 24 hours before your scheduled talk.
Posters
The maximum poster dimensions are 46″ wide by 46″ tall. Poster boards will be available to hang your posters on beginning at breakfast Monday, August 1st. Velcro tape will be provided and should be used to hang your posters. Pins, thumb tacks or tape of any type are not permitted to be used on the poster boards.
Presenters are invited to optionally upload their poster to the curated ERES VII Zenodo Community. Only uploads by presenters at ERES VII will be accepted.
