- Where are you located geographically? I am in Boyertown, PA (Berks County)
- Where are you in your life professionally? I am currently the Senior Manager of EDI for a Population Health Management company based in NJ.
- What are your long-term goals? I would like to stay in my same company but move onto the executive team.
- What is your current or prior leadership experience? I currently lead employees in our Data Implementation and the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) teams.
- Do you have a favorite leadership quote? I don’t really have one, but I tend to like the ones that discuss an effective leader encouraging the growth within their team members.

- Do you have children? I have two stepdaughters (25 & 20) and my son is 10
- Any special interests? I am a die-hard Nittany Lion fan, and love to read (when I have a moment)
- Do you have an unusual hobby? I love to bake and decorate cakes – actually making my toppers out of gumpaste/fondant.
No worries Jessica. That is part of why we have these introduction posts; so that everyone gets a feel for how the blog operates and can work things out prior to the ones that have points attached to them. Glad you got it figured out.

I also work for a population healthcare company and would love to end up in a senior management role. I am a senior this semester and got to go to my first Penn State football game last season. It was the highlight of my junior year. I live in Ohio so it was a treat to see the campus and the game. I hope you have an amazing semester,
