Yolanda King visits Penn State Altoona

MLK Day was first recognized as a federal holiday on January 20, 1986.
Yolanda King, Dr. Martin Luther King’s oldest child, spoke at Penn State Altoona twice: January 20, 1997 and January 23, 2003 for the annual MLK celebration. She also spoke at the University Park campus of Penn State.
