Welcome to the Nowruz 1403 Celebration at State College!

Greetings!

The Iranian Students Association cordially invites you to join us for a delightful evening immersed in the rich traditions of the Nowruz Gala. It’s a celebration of new beginnings, where we come together to honor the passage of time and embrace the spirit of community.

Join us on Saturday, March 16th, at 6:00 pm as we weave together moments of joy, laughter, and cherished memories. Let’s create an unforgettable experience together!

Our event features the electrifying beats of DJ Sepand, promising an evening of non-stop dancing on the enchanting rhythms of Persian music. Plus, don’t miss out on captivating performances by our traditional Persian dance group.

And what’s a celebration without delicious Food? Indulge in a mouthwatering persian cuisine, with a veggie option available for all.

Here’s a glimpse of our event schedule:

6:00 pm – 6:15 pm: Doors Open

6:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Event triggers

7:00 pm – 8:15 pm: Delightful Persian Cuisine and Treats from Shamshiri Restaurant

8:30 pm: Persian cultural dance

9:00 pm: Dj

11:00 pm: end of event

The Iranian Student Association (ISA) cordially extends an invitation to the esteemed community for the Yalda Night Celebration Event, scheduled to take place at the prestigious HUB 129 Alumni Hall, located within the HUB Robeson Center, State College, PA, on Saturday, December 2nd, commencing at 6:00 PM and concluding at 9:30 PM.

This distinguished event will feature a captivating live concert by the renowned artist, Mansour Jafari! We are delighted to extend this invitation to you, and eagerly anticipate your presence as we come together to commemorate this special occasion.

The registration fees for this event are as follows:

Active members of the association: $25

Students and affiliates: $35

General attendees: $50

Tickets will be available for purchase on November 10th, and 16th, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at the HUB-Robeson Center.
