The Center for Fitness and Wellness has partnered with MediKeeper to create a dynamic, custom portal for our clients to manage their appointments, review their results, track their progress, and improve their health.

You may access the portal to create your profile, complete your Health Risk Assessment, schedule your appointment, review your results, and more by clicking below.

Please note, as of October 20, 2018, you will need to create a MediKeeper profile and complete an online Health Risk Assessment before being able to schedule your appointment.  Once you create your profile, you will be taken to a screen where you can begin your Health Risk Assessment. Once completed, you will be able to access your portal homepage and select “Appointment Scheduler.”
