Our research focuses on silicon-based circuits and systems for next-generation communications and sensing.

 

(1) Sub-THz and mmWave IC, heterogeneous integration, antenna-in-package for next-generation communications.

(2) Ultra-wideband, energy-efficient signal generation and processing inspired by wave propagation and interaction.

(3) Large-scale silicon-based sub-THz MIMO radar with 3-D scanning and Lidar-like resolution.
