Are you utilizing Marketing to increase sales?
Consumers are on their phones now more than ever, here is your chance to show them who you are! You can literally build a brand personality through your social media platforms, take this as an opportunity. Buyers are reading all your reviews, going through your websites, stalking the gram, before they even step foot into the dealership!
Here are 5 ways I believe will help increase sales by marketing to consumers who you are:
- Bring your community together- host events, fundraisers, sponsorships, community outreach, promote engagement, generate content and potential buyers, interact to build loyalty
- Creative- dealership contests, giveaways, discounts or promotional products can increase leads. Be creative!
- Customer reviews- the most important step of a consumers research, show them how good you are! This will increase your business ranking on google and other car dealer sights. Promote reviews on social platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Don’t slack with Social Media- Don’t be pushy and focused on sales, show them who you are. Promote experiences of happy consumers, events, staff birthdays and anniversaries, tips, videos, etc. Make it fun!
- Partner with local businesses- increase word of mouth, make new connections, and increase new potential customers by working with those who have a similar audience.
Marketing gives us a chance to sell without promoting sales! Consumers want to see what you’re about, if they can trust you, and what you have to offer. These 5 steps are a great way of generating new customers and sales, and at the same time just showing them who your dealership really is.
