Who are we?
The Penn State Outing Club, PSOC for short, is an entirely student-run organization that is dedicated to experiencing the outdoors in every possible capacity.  PSOC was founded in 1920, making it one of the oldest clubs at Penn State.  Still running strong today, PSOC club members organize backpacking, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and trail maintenance trips from the Catskills to California.  PSOC is dedicated to helping the community through extension programs at Shaver’s Creek and the surrounding trail maintenance groups.

Fall 2017 Meetings:
Our meetings are Tuesdays at 8pm. Our first meeting is in 119 Osmond on August 29th.
