2 things to do to update:
1) Get the latest version of iClicker 7 on your USB flashdrive at http://clickers.psu.edu/instructors
2) i>Clicker 7 requires firmware 5.04 or later on the base… You can check that version at this link and download the updated firmware too. https://www1.iclicker.com/tools-and-utilities/ Scroll down to the Utilities section – and use the section “i>clicker Base Firmware Utility” to check the version and then download as needed.
REMEMBER, you’ll need to create your “Classes” when you start the iClicker software and reconnect the instructor’s clicker to each class through the settings option.
